Refund policy

1. ✅ Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the custom-made nature of our posters, we only accept returns or refunds for items that are defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly.

Posters ordered in error or due to a change of mind are not eligible for returns or refunds.

 

2. 🗓️ Time Frame for Claims

Please report any issue within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Requests submitted after this period cannot be accepted.

 

3. ✉️ How to Request a Return or Refund

To begin a resolution, please contact us by email or WhatsApp (+92 349 2192782).

Please include:

  • Your order number or the email/name used for the purchase.
  • A clear description of the issue.
  • Photos of the product, especially showing any defects or incorrect items (preferably on a flat, well-lit surface).
  • Whether you would prefer a refund or a replacement.

You generally do not need to return the item unless we specifically ask you to do so.

 

4. 💵 Refund Handling

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (e.g. credit/debit card).

Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by our error.

 

5. 🆕 Replacement

If your poster arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we'll print and ship a replacement at no additional cost.

You do not need to return the original item unless we specifically request it.

 

6. 📦 Shipping Faults & Delivery Issues

If your shipment is lost, significantly delayed, or not delivered within the expected delivery timeframe (typically 2–4 working days, or within 7 calendar days of dispatch), you may contact us to request a replacement or refund.
